It is tested and works perfectly (see video of it working perfectly). It has the usual scuffs and scrapes from use but works perfectly. It includes everything shown, but does not include the remote control (they are between $7-10 on eBay (Model RM-SC3). Boxed up it weighs about 80+ pounds, so it is far too heavy to ship.
